USER AGREEMENT (PUBLIC OFFER)

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the materials and services posted on the website at https://21bureau.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by visitors and users of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Users").

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

3. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.3. The User undertakes to:

3.3.2. Not use the Website to commit actions that contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.4. The User is prohibited from:

4. PAID SERVICES

4.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to provide the User with paid services. Information on the cost and procedure for providing such services is posted in the relevant sections of the Website.

4.2. Payment for services is made by the User in the manner specified on the Website. The moment of payment is deemed to be the receipt of funds in the Administration account.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.2. All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Parties will be resolved through negotiation.

7.3. Dispute Resolution Procedure: Pre-trial claims. The response period to a claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the User's commencement of use of the Website and shall remain valid indefinitely.

8.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available at: https://21bureau.com/terms.

8.3. For all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
